Synopsis:
bind <key> clear_screen
Description:
This function clears the current window of all text. Additionally, it
will restart the window if it has been stopped by HOLD_MODE or the key
function TOGGLE_STOP_SCREEN.
Aliases:
This function is effectively equivalent to "CLEAR -unhold".
