Synopsis:
set clock_24hour [on|off|toggle]
Description:
When turned on, this setting causes the status bar clock to be shown
in 24-hour format (military style). When off, the clock will display
"AM" or "PM" to designate the true time. The clock is displayed in
the %Z expando in the status bar.
