Synopsis:
on [<modes>]names [<serial#>] [-|^]<match> { <action> }
Description:
This hook is triggered whenever the client receives server output from
the NAMES command.
Parameters:
$0 channel name
$1- nicknames of (visible) users on the channel

Other Notes:
This hook is not triggered by the implicit NAMES done when the client
joins a channel. Hook the 353 numeric instead.
