Synopsis:
   pmpaste <options>

Description:
   PMPASTE reads the current system clipboard and adds it to the 
   current channel.  Possible options:
        -input = add the text on the clipboard to the input line
        -topic = set the topic with the text on the clipboard
        -smart = get the most text onto a line as possible
