randread

Synopsis:
   $randread(<fd>)

Technical:
   This function reads a random line from a file opened with the $open()
   function.

Practical:
   This function has many novelty uses: random messages for /quit, /kick,
   /part, or /topic.

Returns:
   data read from file, or nothing on error
