Synopsis:
   load global

Description:
   This script is loaded automatically when the client first starts.  At
   the time of this writing, it automatically loads 2.8SCRIPT, BASICAL, and
   LOCAL.  It also sets the following aliases:

     Alias   Description                                                  
     /d+     sets DISPLAY on
     /d-     sets DISPLAY off
