Test the Buoyancy solver
An iceberg of 100m thickness floating on sea (sea level = 0)
with an accumulation of 0.5 on its upper surface
and an equivalent melting of 0.5 on the bottom surface
Obviously, the iceberg elevation and thickness should not change.
