If both the ``TEST_INCLUDE_FILE`` and :prop_dir:`TEST_INCLUDE_FILES` directory properties are set, the script specified in ``TEST_INCLUDE_FILE`` is included first, followed by the scripts listed in ``TEST_INCLUDE_FILES``.
