**To create a Cost and Usage budget**

The following ``create-budget`` command creates a Cost and Usage budget. ::

    aws budgets create-budget \
        --account-id 111122223333 \
        --budget file://budget.json \
        --notifications-with-subscribers file://notifications-with-subscribers.json
