This is a work in progress, where I'm rewriting each component of @cocalc/frontend/tasks/ from coffeescript to typescript here, then importing it from here.

When done the directory @cocalc/frontend/tasks/ will disappear.

In addition, I'll add frame editor support for tasks here.
