rdp-script

This is a python script that will create a linux remote desktop on Google Colab with XFCE desktop environment.

Steps to get a free rdp in google colab

Setup Chrome-Remote-Desktop

• Visit https://remotedesktop.google.com/headless

• Click on Begin > Next > Authorize (you'll require a google account)

• Here just copy the commands for "Debian Linux"

Setting up Colab

• Visit https://colab.research.google.com/github/thewickedkarma/rdp-script/blob/main/rdp.ipynb

• Run the script, rest is easy.
