Makefile -- for this directory
Makegap.bottom -- stuff for the end of Makegap.in
Makegap.top -- stuff for thr top of Makegap.in

gap.bai, gapcmd.bai, gaprxvt.bai -- configure input for cygwin bat files

everything else is machine-generated.
