The ports for Qt 6.11.0 are available for testing in the link:https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/qt6-6.11.0-merged[development branch]. ==== KDE Stack KDE Frameworks, Plasma, and Gear release happen very regularly. mailto:[email protected][KDE team] lands these updates shortly after their upstream release. * KDE Frameworks ports were updated to 6.24. * KDE Plasma Desktop was updated to 6.6.3. * KDE Gear was updated to 25.12.3. The recent Plasma update has revealed a link:https://bugs.freebsd.org/293368[bug] in the FreeBSD implementation of man:timerfd[2] which causes high CPU usage in plasmashell. The bug has been already fixed in FreeBSD-CURRENT and merged to affected stable branches. ==== Related Ports The mailto:[email protected][KDE team] maintains 730 ports and updates them all as needed.
