Industrial Poultry Processing in the United States

This topic is extremely interesting to me because of my families business. Simmons Foods is a top 15 poultry processor in the United States, and I just finished a book on the history of poultry processing in Northwest Arkansas(NWA). It was overviewed within the book how the great poultry boom in America and NWA happened and now I want to examine this in a data set. It both is interesting and has a personal spin to me, and that's why I want to look at it for my final project.
