Program: Office Logicistics Program This program allows for the management of office employees. There are three kinds of user: 1.) Managers 2.) Accountants 3.) Employees Each one of these categories get to perform certain tasks. Employees ========= 1.) View their own pay stubs. 2.) Update their contact information. 3.) Update their tax information Managers (Can do all of the employee stuff) ======== 1.) Can hire and fire employees. 2.) Enter evaluations about employees. 3.) Set employee salaries. 4.) Run Payroll Reports. 5.) View contact information for employees. Accountants (Can do all of the employee stuff) ========== 1.) Run Payroll 2.) View Employee Tax Information 3.) View pay stubs for all employees. The system will work by allowing users to log in, and will present them with appropriate menu options. The user can perform any of their functions and then log off.
