How To Copy a Course in CoCalc.
To copy a course to a new project in CoCalc, follow these steps:

In the File Explorer, select the relevant folders/files (using the checkboxes to the left) that you want to copy to a new project.
Choose "Copy" from the listed actions above the File Explorer.
Click the button that says "Copy to a different project..."
Select the Project for your course from the "Target Project" dropdown menu.
Under Destination: Choose the location in the Project's File System where you would like to copy the files.
Click the Blue Copy Item Button.

Once the .course file and associated content are copied to the new project where you will run your course.
Then, do the following:

Click on the .course file in the project that you are running your course.
Select the "Actions" Tab in the course management interface.
Scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete All Students". (Not "Delete all Student Projects").

Now, you should be off to the races with your new course!
