The expected number of projects: this is either the number of users, or how many projects they'll collectively be using.
The kind of workload: this ranges from student projects with minimal resource requirements to large and resource intensive research projects.
How long you expect to use the services.
Your type of organization: i.e. if an academic discount applies to you.
